To know your order status, go to the order history section of your account. Then, click on the order you want to track and view the process, shipment and status.

You can change the delivery address before your order is shipped. Go to your order history, find the order you want to change, click on edit shipping address, and enter the new shipping address.

To change order items.

  • First, click on “My Account”
  • Go to Order History
  • Click on the view/edit link to change your order items

To cancel your order.

  • Go to the My Account page
  • Click on the view order history option
  • Click on the cancel button of the order you wish to cancel. A popup will appear “Are you sure you want to cancel”
  • Click on Cancel my order

If you want to remove an image from your design, click on the image you want to remove, and the image toolbar appears. Click on the delete button, and your image will be deleted.

The courier service agent delivers your order on the next business day if you miss a delivery. For more details, you can check the SMS sent to you.

The site supports all the formats to upload designs.

To change your password, follow bellow steps:

  • Go to My Account
  • Click on settings option
  • Change password
  • Enter your old password
  • Enter new password
  • Click on save option

To place an order, follow the below steps:

  1. Please search for a product on the search bar on our home page
  2. Select the product you want to order
  3. Customize your product
  4. Choose any one design from pre-defined designs or upload your design or photo
  5. Personalize your design by adding text, images and logos
  6. Just review your product to ensure your product is the way you want
  7. Choose the quantity and click Add to cart or buy now to complete an order

A tracking link will be provided in your shipment confirmation email to know your tracking details. Or else, you can also track from your user account by clicking on view order history.
